Monfragüe
Monfragüe National Park is the perfect example of how Extremadura has preserved many lands outside the anxieties of other tourist areas of Spain.
In this park, like no other, you can see certain animals, especially birds, in the wild and within walking distance. Along with the famous black vultures live black storks, eagles and other species that are proof of the natural wealth of the land.
And of course, the best way to find out is hiking, choosing one of the established routes is easy to follow. Although it is the first time you visit the park, we recommend going up to the remains of the Moorish castle, where you can see one of the most breathtaking views of the Tagus River and its surrounding lands.
